Prohibited Content: Users may not send messages that are offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise violate Discord’s community standards.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The bot is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the bot's responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for all audiences. Responses are generated based on keyword recognition and AI models, which may result in unintended replies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the bot.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the bot or any features at any time without notice.

• User Messages: Our app receives and processes messages sent by users on the Discord platform. These messages are processed temporarily to respond within the chat context but are not stored beyond the operational needs of the app.
• Usernames and Mentions: We collect and process usernames and user tags (mentions) within messages to personalize responses.

Note: We do not collect sensitive personal data or store messages long-term.

2. How We Use Data

User data is used solely for:

• Responding to user messages based on pre-programmed responses or AI-generated replies via Google Generative AI.
• Creating personalized responses based on recognized keywords and phrases in messages.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Generative AI: To generate AI-based responses, we use Google Generative AI (Gemini). Google’s Privacy Policy applies to interactions with this service.
• Discord API: We use the Discord API to process messages and bot interactions. Discord’s Privacy Policy applies to all users interacting with the bot on this platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share users’ personal information with other entities. Data sent to Google Generative AI is limited to the contents of messages and is used solely to generate responses.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the data we process. We implement standard procedures to secure data during transmission and processing. However, please note that no online platform can guarantee complete data security.

6. User Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights:
